Payment and Return Policy
Payment Terms
All orders placed through our website require a valid credit card at checkout. Your credit card information will be validated during the checkout process. Orders are typically processed, shipped, and billed within one business day after the order is received.
Returns and Refunds
Returns that are not related to a warranty issue or product defect may be accepted at our discretion. Any approved return will be subject to a deduction for the original shipping cost.
Products returned for warranty claims or confirmed defects will be handled according to our warranty policy.
Freight Policy
Shipping Origin and Charges
All shipments are made from our facility near Tampa, Florida. Customers are responsible for all freight charges from our facility to the delivery location. Freight charges will be calculated and displayed during the order process. We ship using carriers of our choice.
At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States and do not ship to locations outside of this area.
Freight Damage or Incorrect Shipments
Any claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery as recorded by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments immediately upon receipt. If any damage, shortages, or discrepancies are identified, please notify us within the 48-hour claim window so that we can assist in resolving the issue.
