Terms of Sale

Payment Terms:

Your credit card information will be validated when you place an order. A debit will be made against your account only when your order is shipped which is usually the same business day.


Freight Policy:

Shipments are made from our facility near Tampa, Florida USA. You are responsible for paying all freight charges from our facility to your location. Freight charges for shipments within the continental United States are shown during order processing. Freight charges for shipments made outside of the continental United States will be calculated and communicated to you for your approval before shipment.


Lost or Damaged Products:

Claims for any short shipments or freight damage must be made within 48 hours following your receipt of shipment. Contact your Harney Hardware customer service representative whose name and contact information appear on the packing list and invoice. Product Returns:

You have 45 days following the invoice date to make a return. Contact your Harney Hardware customer service representative whose name and contact information appear on the packing list and invoice to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number which must be written on each carton that is returned. Our phone number is 800.942.7639 and our e-mail address is info@harneyhardware.com. Returns must be made within 10 days following the issuance of the RGA. To receive a refund all returned products must be in new condition and in their original packaging. You are responsible for all return freight expense to our facility. Product return requests are subject to a restocking fee of 20% FOR RETURNS WITH 45 DAYS. Product return requests made more than 45 days following the invoice date may be denied or be subject to higher restocking fees. Your credit card will be credited only after our receipt and inspection of the returned products.


Incorrect Shipments:

If we ship your order incorrectly, contact your Harney Hardware customer service representative whose name and contact information appear on the packing list and invoice.
