Your credit card information will be validated when you place an order. A debit will be made against your account only when your order is shipped which is usually the same business day.

Freight Policy

Shipments are made from our facility near Tampa, Florida USA. You are responsible for paying freight charges from our facility to your location via the carrier of our choice. Freight charges for shipments within the continental United States are shown during order processing. Freight charges for shipments made outside of the continental United States will be calculated and communicated to you for your approval before shipment.

Lost or Damaged Products

Claims for any short shipments or freight damage must be made within 48 hours following carrier delivery of your shipment. Contact your Harney Hardware customer service representative whose name and contact information appear on the packing list and invoice. Product Returns

  1. No restocking fees if product is returned within 30 days of invoice date. Restocking fees of 20% or more may apply thereafter.

  2. Call 800-942-7639 (9am-5pm ET Monday – Friday) or email, , for a RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RGA#). Please ship returned products within 10 days of receiving your RGA#.
